You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

Closed Issues in 5.3.3 Hotfix 7 (This Release)

When BusinessConnect Interior Engines transmit large files via FCP channel
and if the FCP connection between DMZ Server and Interior Servers are idle
for more than the socket timeout (default is 2 hours), then the first
transmission of large file after the socket timeout always fails. This issue
is fixed.
