Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under
available_downloads//Monitoring/Hawk/Hawk/4.9.0/hotfix-03/
This hot fix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website. You can use FTP, SFTP, and also access using your browser at https://mft.tibco.com (requires Java applet support in your browser). Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP (rather than your browser’s built-in ftp client), if you wish to use FTP/SFTP. TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.
