The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveMatrix/BusinessWorksServiceEngine/5.9.2/hotfix-11/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

BWSE-3721
When Global Transaction policy was applied to the Service and Reference Services in
composites containing BWSE component, the transaction sequence of suspend and resume
did not work as expected.

BWSE-3727
"InvalidTransactionException" was observed when records were inserted in a loop in
the transaction group.
