The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/BW/5.9.2/hotfix-13/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

Hotfixes are cumulative. This hotfix includes all previous generally
available hotfixes for TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.9.2.

BW-15432
An error was encountered, if a service was configured using JMS as transport
and GetServiceInfo microagent was invoked from TIBCO Administrator GUI.

BW-15344
If 'filename' contained a non-ASCII character in the Receive Mail activity
output '$Receive-Mail/.../content-disposition', the character was encoded and
'filename' could not be used directly.

BW-15398
If the project contained a large number of SOAP Request Reply activities in
the Web Service operation processes and the BusinessWorks engine was started
in IBM JVM, such as AIX, some exceptions occurred occasionally.

BW-8564
The Receive Mail activity could not process an attachment if it contained a
special character in the file name.

BW-9591
An error was encountered when the Saxon parser was used in the Transform XML
activity in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.7.0.
