XPD-4287
Indexers can get out of step causing problems when a generated BOM is in the
same project as a user defined BOM that uses types from the generated BOM.
This has been resolved by adding the capability to call clean/build twice from
an ant task on a task by task basis.

XPD-4216
Need to be able to pass the Organization Model version number to runtime.

BX-2550
End error events have a namespace prefix. This has now been removed.

BX-2377
Problem during BPEL conversion with complete script on start events.

BX-2368
When a task has outgoing conditional links and a boundary event, the generated
BPEL does not correctly reflect the link conditions.
