You can download tibco-websocket-gateway-ems-4.0.5-Hotfix01.zip from mft.tibco.com.

You could logon mft.tibco.com by using your email address as login id, and your TSC password.  Once logged on you should find this hotfix is under:

/AvailableDownloads/Messaging/TWM/4.0.5.

Installation

 

    1. Stop the applications and all TIBCO Web Messaging servers.

    2. Remove com.kaazing.mina.netty*.jar from the lib directory.

    3. Copy the JAR files from this hotfix into the lib directory.

    4. Restart all TIBCO Web Messaging servers.

    5. Restart all applications.
