The TIBCO® API Exchange 2.1.0 Hotfix 03 can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website. Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP.
TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.

ASG-5117
TIBCO API Exchange Gateway does not  purge the expired and invalid entries from the
history of the LDAP Cache which degrades the WSS performance.

ASG-5099
The performance of TIBCO API Exchange Gateway degrades over a period of time
when it processes large number of transactions.
