You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Support file transfer server:

Server name: mft.tibco.com
Credentials: use your TSC (TIBCO Support Central website) login.
FTP: port 21
SFTP: port 22

Please use an FTP client or command-line.  TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.

TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Gateway now releases connections and terminates the
WSS login module properly when a login fails using WSS authentication.

ASG-5204
The Gateway core engine now processes the request URL correctly if the query
string in the URL contains the "#" character.

ASG-4777
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Gateway now handles the request if the payload in
the request has isBinary attribute set to "true" for the southbound forward
full mapper.
