The API describeEntity, getNamedResource and validateEntity should allow the
caller to perform the action on themselves.

Trying to filter work items on strings containing the literal single quote
character results in an exception.

Occcasionally BxN2Logger.event produces a NullPointerException when load
testing.

Update event is not fired when the second item is selected using down arrow
key of an unset option list.

Bindings, computation actions and APIs on controls inside a deferred rendered
pane throws exception if the event occurs before the control is rendered.
