TIBCO EMS Transport Channel for WCF 2.0.0 Hotfix 1 can be accessed from our hotfix site <ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com>.

Installation
 1.  Unzip the installation package (TIB_ems_wcf-2.0.0_HF-001_win_x86.zip
     for 32-bit; or TIB_ems_wcf-2.0.0_HF-001_win_x86_64.zip for 64-bit) into
     a temporary directory.
    
 2.  Copy the TIBCO Universal Installer (TIBCOUniversalInstaller-x86.exe for 
     32-bit or TIBCOUniversalInstaller-x86-64.exe for 64-bit) into the same 
     temporary directory in which you unzipped the installation package. You can 
     get the TIBCO Universal Installer from the following directory:
    
     EMSWCF_HOME\tools\universal_installer\
    
     where EMSWCF_HOME is the "TIBCO_HOME" in which the original TIBCO EMS
     Transport Channel for WCF version 2.0.0 was installed.
    
 3.  Run the TIBCO Universal Installer that you copied into the temporary 
     directory.
    
 4.  On the Welcome dialog, click Next.
 
 5.  Agree to the license agreement by selecting the "I accept ..." radio button,
     then click Next.
    
 6.  On the Installation Profile Selection dialog, click Next.
 
 7.  On the TIBCO Installation Home dialog, from the Use an existing TIBCO_HOME
     drop-down list, choose the TIBCO_HOME that was specified when the original 
     TIBCO EMS Transport Channel for WCF version 2.0.0 was installed, then click 
     Next. 
        
 8.  Review the information on the Pre-Install Summary dialog, then click 
     Install.
 
 9.  On the Post Install Summary dialog, click Finish to complete the 
     installation.
    
     You can verify that the hotfix installed correctly by looking at the 
     version of the TIBCO.EMS.WCF file in the GAC (C:\Windows\assembly\
     directory). Look at the Properties for the file; the version number on the
     Version tab should now be 2.0.0.1.
    
 10. Restart the Windows Process Activation Service (NetTemsActivator.exe).
                                                                                 
     When the Activation Service is restarted, it loads the new TIBCO.EMS.WCF.dll
     that was installed in the GAC by the hotfix.   
         
    
  * You can also install the hotfix using the console or silent modes (a 
    TIBCOUniversalInstaller-emswcf.silent file is included in the installation
    package). For information about performing console and silent installations,
    see the installation guide provided with the original product.

Uninstallation
To uninstall:   
 1. From the Start button, choose All Programs > TIBCO > TIBCO-HOME > Uninstall.
  
    As an alternative, you can run the TIBCO Universal Installer that is located
    in the following directory:
    
    EMSWCF_HOME\tools\universal_installer\
    
    where EMSWCF_HOME is the "TIBCO_HOME" in which the original TIBCO EMS
    Transport Channel for WCF version 2.0.0 was installed.
 
 2. On the TIBCO Installation Manager dialog, select the "Uninstall Products 
    from Selected TIBCO Home Location" radio button, and from the TIBCO HOME 
    location drop-down list, choose the TIBCO_HOME in which the hotfix was 
    installed, then click Next.
    
 3. On the Welcome dialog, click Next.
 
 4. On the Uninstallation Type dialog, select the Custom Uninstall radio button,
    then click Next.
    
 5. On the Product Uninstall Selection dialog, check both of the following boxes, 
    then click Next: 
 
     - TIBCO EMS Transport Channel for WCF 2.0.0 
     - TIBCO EMS Transport Channel for WCF 2.0.0 Hotfix 1 
     
    Note that you CANNOT uninstall only the hotfix; you must uninstall both the
    original software as well as the hotfix. 
   
 6. On the Pre-Install Summary dialog, click Uninstall.
 
 7. On the Post Uninstall Summary dialog, click Finish to complete the 
    un-installation. 
    
 8. Re-install version 2.0.0 of TIBCO EMS Transport Channel for WCF. Refer to 
    the Installation Guide provided with the original product.
