Ant Tasks
FS-8768
Relative paths for content files are no longer changed to lowercase when added
to Components and Enablers through Ant tasks.
Broker
FS-8766
The Broker no longer fails to start as a Windows service with a
ClassCircularityError.
FS-8772
Additional access restrictions were added to expanded grid libraries and
archives on the Broker.
FS-8777
The hot fix installer no longer fails when applied to a Broker with HF-1
installed.
FS-8791
The Broker will no longer show high CPU utilization for idle load when run with
certain JDK versions.
