Description:
This hotfix resolves problems caused by application of hotfix CZ01923.
Defects fixed in CZ01928:
PSZ-86 Resolves a problem when sending VSAM datasets without specifying
allocation parameters. When hotfix CZ01923 is applied only on the
the sending side, the receiving side incorrectly calculates the
space allocation.
PSZ-85 Resolves a problem writing RECFM=U when Checkpoint is turned off.
Records are incorrectly padded with nulls.
