Broker

FS-7677
Manual Engine upgrade mode can now be skipped during patch installation with the
new flag --manual-engine-upgrade-disabled.

FS-7912
The Broker no longer logs an IndexOutOfBoundsException when a user adds or
removes a Stack during allocation.

Load Balancing

FS-7913
VirtualRouter no longer resets it's routing map after it logs into a failover
Broker.  It will continue to route requests based on the previous map until the
Broker performs a new allocation.

FS-7914
VirtualRouter no longer fails to route requests when the URL contains the
following characters: '(', ')', '[', ']'.

FS-7923
VirtualRouter no longer fails to route requests when the routing prefix contains
a space character.

Logging

FS-7924
Engine reservation log messages are now at Fine level and display the
'hostname-instance' of the Engine instead of the ID.

Stacks

FS-7911
Stack override validations were not persisted across Broker restarts.
