When the max connections property was set greater than one and less than the concurrent TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks jobs number
(1 < maxconnections < jobs number), some of RFC invocations from BusinessWorks will be failed instantly instead of waiting for the available connection in the queue.
