Closed Issues in 11.0.2-Hotfix10

Defect Id: MR 43415 (Parent MR 39675)

When copying and pasting objects, Graphical Workflow Definer (GWD)
Object IDs became very large, which caused the GWD to load procedure
definitions very slowly.

Defect Id: MR 43421 (Parent MR 42949)

After exporting a procedure as an XPDL file, then importing the file into the
TIBCO iProcess Workspace (Windows), the defined links in the specific
situation were not correct.
