The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/BW/5.11.0/hotfix-07/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

BW-13982
NullPointerException was thrown, when Invoke Partner activity was used to send
multiple Soap requests simultaneously.

BW-15794
HTTP Connector in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.11.0 was unable to bind to
a specific IP address.

BW-15954
A behavior change of HTTP Receiver using Tomcat was observed in TIBCO
ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.11.0.
Flow Limit value of 1 or the bw.plugin.http.server.maxProcessors value of 0 for
the HTTP Receiver did not work in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.11.0.

BW-15962
The SOAP Request Reply activity was suspended, when there were nested
SOAP-ENC:arrayType elements in the WSDL referred schema.
To rename the SOAP array items to 'item', enable the following property:
bw.plugin.soap.arrayItemName.useDefault
The default value of this property is "false".
