Closed Issues in 11.1.1-Hotfix12

Defect Id: MR 43633 (Parent MR 42660)

After resuming a case from the Suspend state, the case did not proceed to the
next step.

Defect Id: MR 43634 (Parent MR 43562)

When executing the procedure EAI_BW (delayed released) -> EAI_SCRIPT
-> EAI_BW (delayed released), the second step, EAI_BW (delayed released),
was executed twice.
