You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at
            ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under
            available_downloads/ActiveMatrix/PolicyManager/3.1.0/hotfix-01
            
Download the following four files:
- TIB_am_pm_310_readme_hotfix01.txt
- tib_amx_pm_310_readme_addendum_hotfix01.txt
- TIB_amx-policymanager_310_hotfix001_common.zip
- Deletejar.xml (ant script)
