BW-15798
JMS Queue Sender in a XA transaction group, triggered by a timer starter running
in every 1 second, did not reconnect to MQ server after a Queue Manager restart.

Set the "bw.plugin.jms.transaction.reConnectOnError" to "true"
to reconnect JMS Sender with JMS provider in case of error, if it is in transaction.
Default is "false".  

BW-15890
It was required to log the time stamp of the HTTP Reqest Reply activitiy request
sent on wire and when they received the response.

Set the property "bw.plugin.soap.http.trace.soapRequestReply" to "true".
to enable this logging.
