Defect Id: MR42758 (Parent MR42387)

Under some special circumstances, when one thread freed a queue and
the other thread got the same queue at the same time, Work Queue
Service (WQS) crashed.  

Defect Id: MR42130

The filter generated by the iProcess Workspace Browser did not
return any items if the data type for a CDQP was defined as
swNumeric.
