You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

BCRN-1099
When BusinessConnect RosettaNet PIPs are received with BusinessConnect 6.x
version and if the messages are resent, there is a
java.lang.AbstractMethodError that is thrown which causes the engine
not to process resend PIPs. This issue is fixed.
