Upgrade from ActiveMatrix BPM 1.2.0 to 2.0.0 can fail on upgrade of
ActiveMatrix database on Oracle.

When using a multi-node system there are some process instances which are not
completing.

Setting a BOM attribute with a digit in the second position in the name causes
a problem with BPM Javascript tasks.

DateTimeUtil.createTime(24, 0, 0) throws java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
Invalid value 24 for Hour field.
