Closed Issues in 10.5.1-Hotfix19

Defect Id: MR 39132

   The WIS process can lose work item deadlines in certain
   circumstances:

   1. If a procedure has a step with a conditional auto-withdraw
      deadline (for instance DATE<&gtSW_NA, TIME<&gtSW_NA).
   2. If a case is started and the step is sent to a queue.
   3. If an event is issued against the case that:
      - Causes the deadline conditions to be satisfied (e.g. sets
        DATE & TIME fields)
      - Sets the SW_CASEDESC field
      - Recalculates deadlines (-r flag)
      - Updates pack data (-p flag)

Restrictions

Defect Id: MR 36507

   Summary: BG processes can deadlock each other when two BG processes
   attempt to lock the same case and sub-case when doing sub-procedure
   processing.

   Workaround: Retry the locked process. If iProcess does not retry
   automatically using the normal mbox retry mechanisms, do so
   manually.
