You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

Fixed a CLI interoperability failure for transfer requests initiated from an Agent
of version 1.2 or lower to an Agent of version 1.3 on all platforms:

On Unix and Windows platforms:
- All target parameters on open systems were ignored and the transfer was
incorrectly written to the default inbox location.

On IBMi platform:
- An unrecoverable class cast exception thrown during the destination output
stream creation.

On z/OS platform:
- All target parameters on z/OS platform were ignored and the transfer was
incorrectly written to the default inbox location on USS.
