Defect Id: IPWL-41
  Each work item on a work item list has a hypertext link that opens
  the work item. Each link contains all of the fields in the case. If the
  case has a large number of fields, the length of the resulting URL
  can exceed the maximum number of characters allowed by the
  browser (e.g., approximately 2100 characters for Microsoft
  Internet Explorer). If the limit is exceeded, the work item does not
  open when the link is clicked.

  Corrected. The hypertext links have been converted to POSTs.
