Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under
           available_downloads/ActiveMatrix/PolicyAgent/3.0.0/hotfix-06/
          
Download the following two files:
- TIB_am_pa_3.0.0_readme_hotfix06.txt
- TIB_amx-policyagent_3.0.0_hotfix006_common.zip



Note that TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Manager 3.0.0 HF5 has also been released, and announced via LBN1-BMVMTB .

  the fractional seconds part of the timestamp has more than 3 digits.
