Closed Issues in 11.1.1-Hotfix07

Defect Id: MR 43444

When using IAPJMS to send messages that contained symbols, some
symbols were not properly converted. For example, the symbol '&'
was not changed to '&'.
  
Defect Id: MR 43510 (Parent MR 43500)

When SW_QPARAMn was changed to the Date type, the result of the
filtering operation was incorrect.
