TIBCO iProcess Decisions.

Closed Issues in 11.2.0-Hotfix01

Defect Id: MR 42980

The XML step definitions for EAI Business Works invocations should be cached
in order to improve performance and reduce CPU load.

Implemented. The cache.properties file (in conjunction with system environment
variables) allows you to specify whether XML data is cached, and if caching is
used, to specify the cache size of the XML data. See the comments in the
properties file for details.
