Defect Id: 43016
  When attempting to release a work item, the TIBCO iProcess Objects Server is
  returning an swItemErrErr error to the application, stating that a required
  field is not specified, even though all required fields are specified.
  
Defect Id: 43009
  The swentobjsv process is consuming large amounts of CPU, as well as hanging.
