Defect Id: MR 41677

If iProcess Workspace (Windows) is installed with the Setup Type specified as
User or Administrator, it fails to work and generates a STAFFGWD.DLL error.

Defect Id: MR 4628

The length of the Winrun command is limited to 127 characters.

Corrected. Winrun can now be up to 1024 characters.
