* Closed Issues in 10.3.0-HF03:

Defect Id: CR 17727
  Corrects a problem whereby the SSOLite stored procedures
  SW_PURGE, SW_CLOSE, SW_SUSPEND and  SW_ACTIVATE
  do not work if the proc_maj_ver and proc_minor_ver
  parameters are specified as anything other than -1, -1.
  The problem only affects TIBCO iProcess Engines that
  have been upgraded to Version 10.3.0.
  
  The supplied script patches the SSOLITE package body
  for systems that have been upgraded to Version 10.3.0.
  
  Note: This fix is mandatory for customers who use the
  SSOLite stored procedures or intend to use
  TIBCO BusinessWorks with the TIBCO iProcess Engine.
