Description:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Adapter for WebSphere MQ 6.0.0 Hotfix 2 is released for all the platforms supported by TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for WebSphere MQ 6.0.0.  Please refer to the product readme for details regarding the supported platforms.

Please note that Hotfix#02 is required for the adapter to work with SDK 5.6.2 (see SOL1-AIWRLN for details). If you do not already have SDK 5.6.2 installed in your environment, you will need to apply SDK 5.6.2 Hot Fix 1 (see LBN1-AKFM8O for hot fix details) so that MQ Adapter 6.0.0 can run with C++ SDK 5.6.2. Please refer to detailed instructions as follows

A) If you have SDK 5.6.1

     1. Download 5.6.2 hot fix 02 and apply it on your &ltTIBCO-HOME>\adapter\sdk\5.6\ folder though its SDK 5.6.1.

     2. Follow the ‘Installation’ section in the hot-fix readme file of SDK.

     3. Please verify the adapter tra file is pointing to newly installed 5.6.2 hot fix files. You can refer to 'Affected Files' section for 5.6.2_hotfix02' to get list of files for your platform in the SDK hot-fix readme.

B) If you have SDK 5.6.2

    1. Follow the ‘Installation’ section in the hot-fix readme file of the adapter

Installation

Microsoft Windows Platforms:

1. Shutdown all running TIBCO applications.
2. Unzip the hotfix zip file to the directory &ltTIBCO_ADMQS_HOME>\hotfix.
     For example: C:\tibco\adapter\admqs\6.0\hotfix.  
3. Restart your TIBCO applications.

UNIX Platforms:

1. Shutdown all running TIBCO applications.
2. Extract the hotfix tar file to the directory &ltTIBCO_ADMQS_HOME>/hotfix.
     For example: /usr/tibco/adapter/admqs/6.0/hotfix.
     Overwrite admqs under the directory &ltMQADAPTER_HOME>/bin with the admqs under the directory < MQADAPTER_HOME &gthotfix/bin
     In admqs_env.sh file under the directory &ltMQADAPTER_HOME>/bin, modify the LD_LIBRARY_PATH by adding &ltSDK_HOME>/hotfix/lib.
     For example: /usr/tibco/adapter/sdk/5.6/hotfix/lib
3. Restart your TIBCO applications.


This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.  Once logged on you can find the hot fix under:
