Description:
A patch (Patch 3) has been provided for all these functionalities and is available on both Windows NT/2000 and HP-UX 11.0 platforms.

The following functionalities/features have been added:

The adapter does not support Remedy fields of type character with length more than 256.
-The adapter has been enhanced to support character fields of unlimited length.

Adapter does not support setting of Enduser login ID in the AR Sytem core field "LastModifiedBy".
-The adapter has been enhanced to set Enduser Login ID in the AR Sytem core field "LastModifiedBy".

Adapter does not support Remedy forms with more that 137 data fields.
-The adapter has been enhanced to support unlimited number of fields as part of a Remedy Form.

Adapter does not support Remedy data fields of type Attachment.
-The adapter has been enhanced to support Remedy data fields of type Attachment.
