You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at
    ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under
    available_downloads/ActiveExchange/SOAP/1.4.0/hotfix-1/

The following is list of issues addressed in this.

  - SR_Id:1-4NVLLL: PD ID: 1-3P1HJI
    When the SOAP header does not have the BCSOAP specific header information,
    the ResponderRequest message sent to the private process does not have the
    SOAP header information.

  - SR_Id:1-21TKZT: PD ID: 1-2209OB
    HTTP headers in a SOAP message had LF instead of CR LF. This problem is fixed.
