Description:
A HotFix is now available that resolves a compatibility problem when using BusinessWorks 5.2.  This is the only change contained in HotFix-4.  It is not necessary to download and apply this patch if you are not using BW 5.2 on the same machine as BF 4.2.1.

This is a cumulative HotFix.  For a complete list of issues addressed by the previous hotfixes, please see the attached file BF_421_hotfix-4-issues-addressed.txt.

The HotFix is available for download from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server at  available_downloads/Monitoring/BusinessFactor/4.2.1/hotfix-04/bf421-hotfix-patch4.zip.

The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.  Once logged on, you can find the download available at the relative path of Monitoring/BusinessFactor/4.2.1/hotfix-04 .

The zip archive contains a readme file, and the password protected files that contain the fixes.  The password to unlock the files is contained in the readme.

Please note:  There are additional installation steps required that were not listed in the readme contained in the archive.  These additional steps are attached to this LBN in the file readme_BF_4-2-1_hotfix4-addendum.txt, and they are also available for download in the same location as the zip archive.
