The IcServer included in this hot fix is for all UNIX platforms. The DB 2  
and Sybase distributions include numerous stored procedures which will not
be listed here.
        
The following files are included in this hot fix on Windows for all
database flavors:
       worker.exe
       eathread.exe
       dispatc.exe
       notifier.exe
       servmain.exe.
           
Each zip file on Windows includes a DLL file specific to the database version. The files
are icdb2.dll, icmsql.dll, icora81.dll and icora90.dll. DB 2 and MS SQL server
include numerous stored procedures which will not be listed here.

Additional Work:
1) IcObject::incrementAttribute has been speeded up by a change in the use  
of its internal API.
2) IcObject::getAttribute (Int) no longer uses a lock to do its work.
3) MSSQL/Sybase/DB2 - No longer use temporary tables defined in the ddl.
Temporary tables are now defined for each db session.
4) MSSQL/Sybase - Removal of HOLDLOCK from database methods where it caused
contention.
