All SmartSockets hotfixes are cummulative. In addition to those issues already addressed in
hotfixes 1, 2, and 3  the following  issues have been addressed:

Reported Fixes (TIB_ss_6.5.1_CFIX_V4):

*    Fixed a problem where message routing would cease when the
    sequence number grew to be larger than a two gig T_INT4.
    (SR 1-26W3Q5)

*    Fixed a problem where the T_INT4 monitoring traffic
    statistics could overflow and return a negative value.
    The traffic counters now reset to prevent overflow.

*    Fixed a condition in rtgms where if a header was received
    the rtgms would loop waiting for the data. (SR 1-23QYWT)

*    Fixed a problem where a delete on the dispatcher
    conn_array was causing a crash in COM only. (SR 1-23V75D)
