You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

Excessive time was taken in preprocessing large outbound XML request
initiated from the RosettaNet protocol for certain operation types when
outbound validation was enabled.

Fixed bug in the handling of outbound transactions initiated by a
private process with parsed payload (RVMSG). The string fields content
within RVMSG was not properly XML-escaped prior to its reconstruction
into the XML document, which caused malformed XML validation exceptions.

Updated migration tool to recognize the version 3.x operation property
"RNIFVersion" for RosettaNet and migrated those values correctly into
5.x installations.
