This hotfix for the VMS version of SmartSockets 6.5.1 addresses a problem that was introduced in 6.5.1. The problem deals with an RTserver crash that is caused when RTserver tries to unsubscribe to specific subjects because a wildcard subscribe 'covers' the specific subjects.
NOTE: This "SmartSockets for VMS" specific hotfix also includes fixes provided by hotfixes 1 & 2 for SmartSockets
