TIBCO Adapter for Lotus Notes 5.1.0 hotfix 04 is available for all supported platforms.  This Patch is cumulative of prior hotfix for this version. Adapter subscription service fails to update a view which is created over multiple forms. Subscription service now updates a particular document only once.
