Fixed the issue where publish to the ReplyAddress or the ErrorAddress resulted in an error when the ReplyAddress or the ErrorAddress attributes in an incoming request were given as an empty string ("").

Fixed the issue where the error description was being traced out on to the adapter console, but not being included in the message published to the ErrorAddress when the processing of an event resulted in errors being generated by the PeopleSoft Application.
