Description:
This patch fixes two issues with BPM:

    * Custom tasks that use binds do not work. If you try to add or edit a bind, you get this error: "INTERNAL ERROR Invalid parentPanel in transferPanel"
    * Export fails when attempting to overwrite a file that is read-only. When exporting to overwrite an existing file that is read-only, select the overwrite existing file checkbox. The export fails and it deletes the read-only file. As a result, if export is attempted again, it succeeds. If the overwrite box is not checked, it gives a file already exists error. If the existing file is write able, and overwrite is checked, it works correctly.
