You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at  
    ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under
    ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/Plugins/BusinessConnect/3.5.3/hotfix-1/

Important note:
THIS HOTFIX MUST BE INSTALLED ON BusinessWorks v5.1.3 AND ABOVE.

When browsing BC repositories in BW on a RV network with both ISO8859-1 and UTF-8 encoded repositories, an exception is thrown in the BW console if the first repository encountered is ISO8859-1 encoded.

When more than one BCSharedConfig is present in the Process in BW then upon publishing messages from BW to BC, messages can be published on incorrect subjects.
