TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.1.3-HOTFIX10 is a cumulative hot fix that includes all previously generated TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.1.3 hot fixes.TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.1.3 Hotfix 10 need to  install with TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.1.3 Hotfix 6 in order to get all the bug fixes previously announced. The patch can be downloaded at TIBCO Product Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. after log on, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/BW/5.1.3/hotfix-10/ to download the appropriate OS hotfix.
