Please view the attached Readme for detailed fixes and installation instructions. You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com.  You will need to provide your eSupport username and password to access the server.  
Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /available_downloads/Monitoring/BusinessEvents/1.0.0/hotfix-01/  to download the fix appropriate for your operating system platform.

TIBCO BusinessEvents Inference Edition 1.0.0 Hotfix 1 is available from the same location.
