* Bug Fixes in this HOTFIX Release:

  HOTFIX-06

  * Defect ID:    1-78T0FE
    Fixed a C API defect where an SSL connection which failed to reconnect
    to a server could exit unexpectedly.

Hotfix 6 also includes the fixes that were released in Hotfix 1 which are listed below:
  HOTFIX-01

  * Defect ID:    1-734ZS9
    Fixed a C API defect in which the tibemsConnection_Close function
    did not ensure that msgs not yet sent on the tcp connection were correctly
    sent before closing the tcp connection.

  * Defect ID:    1-73YZTX
    Fixed a C API defect in which calling tibemsConnection_Close in one thread
    while another thread is in one of the tibemsMsgConsumer_Receive functions can
    cause a crash.
