Reported Fixes (TIB_ss_6.6.0_CFIX_V1):

*    Fixed a problem where message routing would cease when the
    sequence number grew to be larger than a two Gb T_INT4.

*    Fixed a problem where the T_INT4 monitoring traffic statistic
    counters could overflow and return a negative value.  The
    traffic counts now reset so the counts do not overflow.

*    Fixed a condition in rtgms where if a header was received
    the rtgms would loop waiting for the data. (SR 1-23QYWT)

*    Fixed a problem where reading real8 values from the wire
    resulted in a NaN using the TIBCO.ss.dll (SR 1-22GL5P)

*    Removed a dual entry in the pgmopts.def file which caused
    an erronous log message. (no associated SR)

*    Fixed a locking issue in the dispatcher which caused a
    memory leak. (SR 1-21BZNW)

*    Fixed the return value of TutGetVersionNumber to return
    the correct version number. (SR 1-24QQ4F)

*    Fixed a problem where a delete on the dispatcher
    conn_array was causing a crash in COM only. (SR 1-23V75D)
