Description:
This patch 4 for ArborBP adapter version 4.2.0 is now available for the HP and Solaris platforms. This patch is cumulative of the previous patches for this version of adapter.

Defects fixed in this patch

1. Defect_Id : 1-202S80
Fixed a defect in adapter, where adapter was not taking a lock on the database resources, leading to an inconsistent data in the database, especially when two different transactions try to insert an account simultaneously (second request was not waiting for the first one to get over).
    
2. Defect Id : 1-WTH6H
If no free connection is available to cater to a request, the adapter hangs.
With this fix, the adapter returns an error code and a message in case there is no free connection available in the connection pool.
