Description:
TIBCO Adapter For MQSeries 5.1.0 hotfix 4 is released for the following platforms:
Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Solaris 7,
Solaris 8, Solaris 9, AIX 5.1, HP-UX 11.0, HP-UX 11i, and
Red Hat Linux AS 2.1. This hot fix is cumulative of prior hot fixes for this version. Listed
below is a summary of updates included in Hot fix 4. Please refer to the attached Readme
for additional details on these and other cumulative fixes included in this Hot fix.
Defect_ID:1-23H33K
The adapter configured with a Publication Service, leaked memory when
processing MQ messages with the MQFMT_IMS or MQFMT_IMS_VAR_STRING
message format.
This has been fixed.
Defect_ID:1-22X1UE
When the adapter configuration contained two dynamic COBOL Copybook
schemas in different locations, and one or more schemas had the same
name, the run-time adapter failed to process messages for these
schemas.
This has been fixed.
Defect_ID:1-233621
When the adapter was configured with a Request-Response Invocation
Service with the "Use MQMD headers to set Reply Queue name" option
set, the run-time adapter used the replyToQueue field of the first
message for all the messages.
This has been fixed.
Defect_ID:1-223HOY
When the adapter was configured to put a message on the MQ queue in
the MQFMT_IMS message format, the "Authenticator" field of MQIIH was
created incorrectly by the run-time adapter, causing the message to
be rejected by the MQSeries-IMS bridge.
This has been fixed.
Defect_ID:1-23Z50C
MQ messages that cannot be processed by the adapter are placed on the
error queue. If the configuration does not contain an error queue or
the put on the error queue fails, the message is written to a file.
Previously, if the adapter was unable to write the message to the
file, the adapter continued and the message was lost. This has been
fixed. The adapter now performs a rollback and exits with appropriate
logging.
Defect_ID:1-26583Q
When the adapter was configured with a Subscription Service or a
Request-Response service or a Request-Response Invocation service,
it leaked memory when converting COBOL CopyBook TIB Messages to MQ.
This has been fixed.
Defect_ID:1-26G6PS
When the adapter was configured with a Subscription Service or a
Request-Response service or a Request-Response Invocation service with
None Conversion, the MQ message would contain an trailing NULL
character.
This has been fixed.
