A HotFix-Patch for TIBCO BusinessFactor 4.2.1 is available to address specific customer issues. For a complete description of what issues were addressed by HotFix-1, please read the attached document.
The download is available at ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/available_downloads/Monitoring/BusinessFactor/4.2.1/hotfix-1 . This directory contains a copy of the attached file, and a zip archive. All of the files in the archive are password protected, except the README file. The password to unlock the files is provided in the readme.
To access this ftp server, you will need to provide a valid eSupport username and password.
